Last October 27, 2018, Baguio Country opens this year’s most awaited event Santa’s Garden. I failed to check the event last year so I made sure not to miss their theme this year. Santa’s Garden is located in Baguio Country Club. Well, you have the option too to book your stay in Baguio Country Club if you have the budget. Also, be aware of the traffic jam especially this month of December. To avoid the hassle, be sure to be in the area before the traffic builds up.
Operating hours starts at 2PM to 10PM during weekdays and 10AM to 11PM during weekends and holidays. Entrance P200 per head for adults, P50 for children age 4-12 years old and P85 for senior citizens. Children 3 years old below and PWDs are free of charge 🙂
They included the replica of Singapore’s Garden by the bay for this year’s Christmas theme. Impressive!
There are a lot of activities to anticipate for: Nativity pageant, snowfall, dancing light show, picture taking with Santa, wishing wall and live performers. There are also food stalls inside if you get hungry.
There are also few reminders upon entry: slippers aren’t allowed as it’ll be slippery inside. And food, drinks, and pets aren’t allowed as well. So make sure to remember these reminders to enjoy the event.
The highlight of Santa’s Garden is their snow. Bubbly snow of course. It’s raining during our visit so fortunately, we’ve got an umbrella with us. Even if it’s not raining, make sure to bring umbrellas to prevent getting soaked in wet. The snow runs for at least 20 minutes if I’m not mistaken. And it’ll repeat after 30 minutes.
Look at this kid having the time of his life hehehe.
Watch it on my uploaded video up here!
Merry Christmas mga ka-HungryPress!
